Description:

Academics are currently looking to recruit a Design Technology Technician to work with a popular secondary school based in South Buckinghamshire.

The assignment is to start in September 2026 and is an ongoing full time role.

The purpose of the role is to work with the Technology department, assisting with setting up practical lessons and helping students with the safe and proper use of all equipment.

The successful candidate would ensure that the Design and Technology department is fully supported and enhanced to deliver an outstanding curriculum to our students

Duties will include:
* Preparing resources for technology lessons
* Maintaining health and safety records
* Performing health and safety checks at the end of the day
* Supporting in some lessons with students using machinery
* Assisting the Food Technology Department on occasion

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a secondary school as a technician.
