All Together Education Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Salisbury seeking a passionate Design & Technology Teacher.
This opportunity would suit a teacher who enjoys practical learning and helping pupils develop creativity, technical skills and confidence.
The role:
• Plan and deliver engaging Design & Technology lessons
• Develop pupils’ design, problem-solving and practical skills
• Adapt teaching to support pupils with different learning needs
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe and organised practical learning environment
• Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
The successful candidate:
• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong Design & Technology subject knowledge
• Effective classroom and workshop management
• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
• A collaborative approach and commitment to safeguarding
