I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Programme Lead to join their Design team
Job Description
As Programme Lead your main responsibilities are:
Driving the delivery of the Design Vision, from concept to production, with efficiency & clarity
Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple brands
Lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring all activities are in line and delivered on time
Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team
Qualifications / Skills required
Project Management experience
Timing, Risk & issue resolution
Cost and resource systems
Agile & JIRA
Scrum Master
