About the Role:
We are seeking a Design Manager to join our client's security and software systems team. The Design Manager will spearhead innovation and efficiency in design and installation practices by leveraging technological advancements and collaborating with industry suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving the development and implementation of streamlined business systems, including the transition to a database information environment.
Leading the creation and execution of the company's technology roadmap to ensure it remains a leader in innovation and delivers optimal system benefits to clients.
Working closely with key clients and supply chain partners to develop strategies, designs, and solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Managing various executives to ensure compliance with business requirements, standards, and information delivery.
Communicating effectively with the estimating department during the tendering process to align proposals with client specifications and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
