Design Manager - Residential - Main Contractor
Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.
Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Design Manager with residential project to join their London team.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
* A minimum of 10 years construction design experience.
* New Build residential /commercial mixed use project experience.
* Main contracting career experience - advantage.
* Preconstruction experience - preferred, not essential.
* Stable career history (ie good length of engagement)
* Relevant industry qualifications.
In return for the above, our client will offer a competitive salary negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
