Design Manager (Mechanical/Manufacturing)
£55,000 - £60,000 + (£5,000 Bonus OTE) + Private Health insurance + Training + Progression + Early Friday Finish

Do you have a background managing Mechanical Design teams? Are you looking for a new role with an expanding team allowing you to manage, shape and develop the future of a growing design team in a role that comes with a host of fantastic benefits such as health insurance for all of the family and a performance based annual bonus?
This company designs, builds and installs bespoke manufacturing systems for a growing base of clients internationally. They take on projects in a range of sizes from standalone machines to complete turnkey automation solutions.
This is a hands-on management position where you will be office-based, designing and overseeing a team of designers. You will liaise between teams, review and manage the performance of the wider team, ensure KPIs are met, and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
This role would suit a Design Manager or similar with a mechanical background looking to join an expanding business looking to join a business offering great company benefits and bonuses.
