Design Manager - Main Contractor focused in Prime and Super Prime Residential
Our prestigious client, a £100m turnover principle contractor, is looking to appoint a Design Manager.
The client typical project span is within £10 million - £50 million within the prime residential sector and within Super Prime the span is £50 million upwards.
The principal contractor has a focus in having an extensive in house team with various subsidies that support the main contracting projects that insure control and high quality delivery on all of their projects.
• The Opportunity:
They are looking to appoint two experienced Design Managers to join their construction team.
The Design Manager will report to the Head of Design and the relevant Project Lead and will have full design responsibility for their own project.
• Their current projects include:
£30m new build private residence in North London
£15m Hotel refurbishment in SW London (Listed Building)
£25m Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) project in East London
£2m Hotel Fit Out in The City
