Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design process from preconstruction to completion
* Manage consultants, design programmes, and project deliverables
* Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring compliance and buildability
* Act as the key link between project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements:
* Experience in a Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Architectural, or Technical role
* Experience within a contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy environment
* Essential: Experience delivering Department for Education (DfE) projects, including schools, colleges, or education framework schemes
