Design Manager - Student Accommodation
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and this company do not offer sponsorship.
This leading contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join the business to work on a live project in Barking, Essex.
This Design Manager role will be on a major student accommodation project of over £45m which consists of 2 large blocks of accommodation for the university. The project has 9 months to run and you will be picking up general Design Management duties and working alongside the Project Director to push the project through to completion.
You will have experience of residential apartments projects and RC frame buildings would be beneficial. Student accommodation and working with the installation of pods would also be advantageous but not essential.
What is essential for this Design Manager position is that you are eligible to live and work in the UK and live with a reasonable commute to Barking, East London/Essex. A construction qualification is also required.
