Design Manager – Role Summary:
As a Design Manager, you will spearhead design functions for various projects, from tender to completion. This involves working with both internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective, innovative solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
Design Manager – What You Will Be Doing:
Innovate and Lead: Drive the development of creative design solutions and manage the design process.
Collaborate: Build strong relationships with design partners, clients, and subcontractors.
Lead Meetings: Conduct design team meetings and workshops, ensuring productive outcomes.
Oversee Design: Manage the entire design lifecycle, resolving queries and ensuring compliance.
Value Engineering: Implement the latest construction techniques for cost-effective designs.
Monitor and Report: Track design progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards. Design Manager – Key Accountabilities:
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Organise and manage project deliverables efficiently.
Solve problems analytically and make informed decisions.
Lead the design team independently and collaboratively.
