Design Manager
Are you an experienced Design/ Technical Manager or Coordinator looking to make a step up. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional main contractor based in London who deliver medium and large regeneration schemes.
About the role of Design Manager
This role will be site based in Kent working on the delivery of a residential scheme consisting of circa 100 RC frame units with the support from a Senior Design Manager who would be based off site.
Requirements for the Design Manager role
Experience working in a Design/ Technical Manager role with a developer or main contractor
Experience working on residential projects
