Design Manager (Education Project) - Building / Construction – Essex – Long Term Local Project
An interesting new vacancy for a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to work on a new multi million pound (£70m +) School project in Essex for a leading Tier 1 building main contractor.
Project starts soon and will be circa 5 years worth of local work on this scheme.

Requirements:
To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager or Design Manager.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
- Previous Main Contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
