Design Engineer – Autodesk Inventor – Wood & Metal – Events

Tockwith, North Yorkshire

£28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Information on the role

* Produce 3D Models using Autodesk Inventor

* Produce drawings for manufacturing & installation

* Offer advanced design solutions on projects

* Check drawings & ensure they are fit for purpose

* Act as the lead on single & multi-disciplined projects

* Liaise with the wider team & ensure coordinated engineering solutions

* Mento & develop junior team members

* Provide technical support to the Production Team

What we’d like from you

* Qualified in relevant Engineering Degree/Discipline or proven industry knowledge

* Understand the design process

* Extensive knowledge of drafting standards

* Design experience with Timber/Wood, Structural Steel, & Sheet Metal

* Understand Joinery, Welding, Fabrication, & associated manufacturing processes
