Design Engineer (NX)
Initial 12 Month Contract
2-3 days per week on site in Glascoed, Monmouthshire
£43.54 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35)
The Role
Production of engineering drawings and bills of materials in support of site engineering programmes.
Correct application of BS 8888 and ISO9001. In accordance with internal sign off procedures.
Correct application of materials and tolerances for the purposes of form fit and function.
Liaising with Product, Process and Manufacturing engineers to support their process and equipment requirements.
The Candidate
Knowledge and complete understanding of BS 8888 and ISO9001.
A broad knowledge of engineering materials and material properties, manufacturing process and application.
Understanding and appreciation for suitable GD and T tolerances.
