A great opportunity is available for a Design Draughtsperson to join a successful Engineering Company based in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for an established design professional with Solidworks experience to join a company who have been established for over 70 years. You will be working on projects covering several industries such as Oil and Gas, Subsea and Industrial. If you are skilled with Solidworks and you feel you can hit the ground running in a busy Draughtsperson role, then this opportunity could be for you.

Responsibilities:

* Report to the Drawing Office Manager.

* Follow all drawing office standards.

* Perform all product design related duties with the daily use of Solidworks

* Work on improvements and upgrades to equipment.

* Involved in several departments i.e. design, manufacturing and testing.

Skills and Education

* Strong experience with Solidworks (essential)

* 5+ years of experience in a Design Draughtsperson role.

* Manufacturing organisation exposure.

* Familiar with stress calculations.

* Engineering qualifications (preferable).
