Deliver significant projects that involve masterplanning, concept design and detailed planning applications
Contribute to business development and generate revenue for the company
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Manage and mentor junior team members to contribute to their professional development and ensure successful project deliverySkills and experience for the role of Design Director:
Degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
Previous experience as an Associate Director within a UK practice or developer
Significant post qualification experience within the UK residential industry
Previous experience delivering residential led projects across the Midlands
Working knowledge of local authorities within the midlands
Track record of managing and mentoring a team
Strong experience within financial management
