The Design Co-ordinator will be ready and able to take on the responsibility of working on a £multi-million scheme. They will be involved in the conception and issuance of all design activities in line with outbound requirements for the production of interior elements in the construction of a £30m luxury residential fit out. The Design Coordinator will work to ensure information systems within the project unit serves the purposes of the design team and others. Working closely with the production and commercial units, the purpose of this role is to ensure designs are robust, cost effective and fit for purpose.

The successful Design Co-ordinator will have previous experience working in the role, ideally on a prime residential scheme and have an easy commute into the West End of London. The Design Coordinator will also be able work to tight deadlines, proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, efficient in the use of design software and Microsoft Office Suite, numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail
