We are seeking for a Design coordinator to join our team.
Here are the details of the position:

Payrate: £350 per day
Key Skills:
Working on the Rolls-Royce Framework based in Derby and remote where applicable.
The schemes are design and build, we employ external designers covering all disciplines.
Reporting to the head of projects and myself, with admin support to assist role.
Coordinating the design of a £30m scheme over the next 2 years for RR named Xenon, refurbishment and extensions to existing infrastructure with Rolls-Royce.
Attending design reviews and looking at the design from a respect of efficiencies and integration within the disciplines.
Preparing drawings for the commercial team to send enquiries.
Preparing and managing RFI's and TQ's.
Site visits to Derby to assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining drawing registers.
Highlighting and creating a GAP analysis within the design.
Assisting the intermediates schemes £50k to £5m, obtaining fee proposals and determining their scope and requirements.
Manging designers to ensure the speedy exchange of information between parties.
