TEACHER OF TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING
Salary Grade: M1 - UPS3 (£28,000 - £43,685)
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Start Date: September 2024
The school are looking to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic and inspiring teacher of Design Technology at KS3 and Engineering at KS4, to work within an effective department to ensure that all students make excellent progress and achieve well at Key Stages 3 & 4.
The successful candidate will be required to teach KS3 Design Technology, Engineering at KS4 and will be joining a team of experienced subject specialists. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to become part of a well-established, collaborative and successful team to ensure that students enjoy a challenging, dynamic and rewarding Design Technology & Engineering curriculum.

Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £120 per day
Hours - 8:15 am - 4pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Recent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher
PGCE in desired role
Previous experience working in a UK school
Previous experience working in a leadership role
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Up to date Prevent training issued in the last yearTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
