Role and Responsibilities:

* Assist the SENCO in leading and managing the SEN provision, ensuring high standards of support and education for all SEN students.

* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.

* Support and train staff in effective SEN teaching strategies and interventions.

* Liaise with parents, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.

* Monitor and evaluate the progress of SEN students, making adjustments to provision as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education.

* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an educational setting.

* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEN legislation.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting the needs of all students.
