Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking an innovative and highly motivated individual to develop their management career within the Foundation Learning Programme Area. This is a new post, which offers the opportunity to develop leadership and management within a well- established and supportive team, dedicated to providing excellent educational and vocational opportunities. You will support the work of the current Programme Area Manager, specifically around 14 – 16 & NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) provision.
You should hold a recognised teaching qualification, as well as significant teaching experience in a relevant subject area within FE, with a working knowledge of EHE, EHCP and NEET.
