Are you looking for a new role to grow and develop your career? A leading education trust is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to join their team- this is a great role where the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of day to day, encompassing the Finance, IT and HR functions, as well as for the wider administrative support team.
This role is based on-site 5 days a week, and will be across the Trusts schools.
Duties for this role includes-
management of admin, site and cleaning teams
ensuring efficient running of the support function
liaise with staff at all levels across the trust
budget management
delivery of the service support function
ensure all relevant records are kept up to date
support the management of school expenditure, revenue and budgets
support the application of relevant bids for the trust
ensure that the HR function accurately records all information relating to absence, ER and performance
oversight of estates management The ideal candidate for this role-
is IOSH qualified
holds Level 4 Management Qualification or equivalent experience and CPD
has appropriate financial qualifications and experience
has managed staff
is experienced in business and administrative management experience
is proficient in ICT
