Deputy Nursing Home Manager, Telford
Salary c£48,750 per annum
Experts2care are seeking a Nurse qualified Deputy Manager to join the team of this large, purpose built home with unrivalled modern facilities, including salon, tranquil lounge and garden rooms, cinema and tea room. The home provides an exceptional standard of specialist nursing, palliative and dementia care to its residents, with a particular focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. It is owned by a young and growing independent Care Group with other local homes in their portfolio.

What's involved: Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times
Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues
Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors
What you'll bring: Previous management and elderly dementia care experience in Nursing Home settings is preferred, Strong, supportive, and clear leadership skills, Staff management experience, Knowledge of drug administration protocols, Broad understanding of current nursing practices and Nursing qualification with current PIN, A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Sound understanding of relevant Clinical Governance standards and documentation, Nurse qualified and clean PIN, Applicants must have a legal right to work in the UK
