Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a warm, welcoming and child-focused nursery near Clapham Junction.

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping to maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support staff development, promote best practice and ensure the setting delivers an engaging and stimulating learning environment for every child.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Early Years leadership role, a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements, and the ability to support and motivate a team. You will be organised, approachable and passionate about delivering outstanding early years provision.
