As our Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for children, families and staff.
You will:

Support the Nursery Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the setting
*
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and external professionals
*
Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional care and education
*
Ensure children are safe, happy and thriving every day
*
Bring the EYFS to life through meaningful, engaging experiences
What We’re Looking For:
*
Level 3+ UK‑recognised Early Years qualification
*
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*
Confident understanding of safeguarding and child protection
*
Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting
*
A genuine passion for early years and making a real difference
