Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing small nursing home based in the Bourton-on-the-Water area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Previous Nursing Home experience
Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
Strong Clinical Skills
Genuine passion for elderly care
Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity
Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process -
Stage 1 - Informal chat with Home Manager & Operations Manager
Stage 2 - Formal interview with Senior Management Team

This role is based in the Bourton-on-the-Water area and is easily commutable from Bourton-on-the-Water, Evesham, Burford, Banbury, Tewskesbury, Moreton-in-Marsh, Cheltenham, Chipping Norton, Bicester, Cirencester, Witney, Winchcombe and Shipton-on-Stour.
