Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Deputy Manager to join them in Kinmylies Care Home.Welcome to Kinmylies Lodge Care Home, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and canal. Our goal is to provide a supportive and homely environment that fosters residents' confidence to live as independently as possible. Located in the peaceful suburbs of Inverness, our care home offers a tranquil setting for our residents.
You will appreciate the clinical and social expertise required in your role as Deputy Manager and we are asking you to:
Work closely with our care home manager to lead, and develop, the nursing and care team.
Utilise your skills to provide consistently high-quality care and clinical oversight for your residents.
Comply with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
Ensuring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems are adhered to.
Acting up in the home manager’s absence and supporting the team on occasion out of hours.
Qualifications and skills:
RGN, RNLD or RMN with relevant experience, registered with NMC
Proven clinical experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements.
Self-motivation and resilience.

Salary - £48,945 per annum + overtime rates and benefits.
Hours - 37.5 hours per week.
