Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established, luxury residential and dementia care home in the Wallingford area. You will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, leading a stable care team and ensuring exceptional standards of resident care and service delivery.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:
* Support the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring high standards of dementia care.
* Supervise and support staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments and medication management to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing.
Requirements as a Deputy Manager:
* Previous Deputy Management experience within a care home setting
* Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards
