Are you an experienced hospitality manager ready to take greater ownership of a business? This Deputy Manager opportunity in Windsor offers the chance to support the General Manager, lead a 12-person front-of-house team and deliver excellent service within a busy, food-led pub.

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Manager with the daily running of the business in Windsor. You'll lead service, develop the team and act as a key point of contact for guests while helping the pub operation grow commercially.
You will:
Lead and motivate a front-of-house team of 12
Maintain excellent service and hospitality standards
Support food and beverage service across the restaurant and bar
Train, coach and develop team members
Manage shifts and solve operational issues
Respond professionally to guest feedback
Support rotas, stock control and business administration
Work closely with the General Manager to drive sales and performance
Help create a positive environment for guests and colleaguesWhat we're looking for
The successful Deputy Manager will have at least three years' hospitality management experience within a busy restaurant, quality pub or similar food-led environment.
You'll also need:
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent food and beverage knowledge
A proactive and commercially aware approach
Confidence handling guest enquiries and complaints
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for traditional hospitality
The ambition to develop within a growing company
