Position Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a luxury nursing home, local to Gravesend, Kent. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for the residents. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the NMC, possessing extensive experience in deputy management, strong leadership qualities, and a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and support to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Assist in the management of the nursing home, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in accordance with CQC standards.
