Supporting the management in running a successful staff team and day-to-day home operations.
Assisting in the supervision of junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensuring the highest standards of care for our young individuals' physical, behavioural, and emotional needs.
Collaborating with senior staff on creating and maintaining placement and risk management plans.
Supporting young people in daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging positive social behaviour.Requirements:

NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services or equivalent.
Essential experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment.
Must be a driver, as transportation of young people may be required.
