Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 9-5 with some on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in delivering exceptional care.
Lead and mentor a team of support workers and team leaders.
Provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
Requirements:
Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs.
Level 3, 4, or 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
