Clinical Deputy Home Manager - Nursing Home

Location: Arbroath
Position: Deputy Home Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified )
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £49,420 per year / up to £21.60 per hour (Based on 44 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Previous management skills are essential.
Ability to administer and order medicines in accordance with home policies.
Assist the Manager in establishing and maintaining auditing systems for quality assurance.
Adhere to the NMC codes of conduct.
Provide professional supervision and support to care and nursing staff.
Effective communication with relatives and healthcare professionals is crucial.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of home management and care.
