Job Title: Deputy Headteacher - Primary School

Location: Chester Area

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to provide strategic direction, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Headteacher to develop and implement the school's vision, values, and strategic priorities.

Oversee the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners and promotes high standards of achievement.
Lead on aspects of school improvement, including assessment, data analysis, and intervention strategies.
Play a key role in promoting positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
Assist with the day-to-day management of the school, including staff deployment, resource allocation, and health and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting.
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a deputy or assistant headteacher role.
Strong understanding of primary education policies, practices, and curriculum requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
