You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the establishment. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead the team to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience. Your strength in driving the business forward during the GM's absence will be instrumental, as you collaborate with the Kitchen and bar teams to boost sales and maintain the venue's vibrant atmosphere, especially during busy nights and weekends.
