Deputy Clubhouse Manager opportunity in Hook, offering a hands-on hospitality role with plenty of scope to develop the food & beverage operation and make a real impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy golf club where events, functions, bar trade and customer experience are becoming an increasingly important part of the operation. With strong footfall and ambitious plans for growth, this Deputy Clubhouse Manager role offers the chance to help shape the next stage of the business.

Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a hands-on role across the clubhouse, supporting service standards and helping drive commercial growth.
Support the day-to-day food & beverage operation and team
Take responsibility for designated shifts and deputise for the Clubhouse Manager
Help improve service, food and beverage standards
Support events, functions and bar operations
Assist with stock control and operational systems
Help drive promotions, sales and revenue growth
Maintain high clubhouse and customer service standards
Support the team through an ongoing period of development and change
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a commercially minded approach, strong hospitality experience and the confidence to support a busy team.
2-3 years' experience in hospitality, food & beverage or a supervisory/assistant management position
Experience working in a busy hospitality environment
Experience supervising or supporting a team
Good knowledge of food & beverage service and customer care
A proactive approach to improving systems, promotions and sales
