Deputy Care Home Manager
Elderly Care / Dementia / Young Adults with Learning Disabilities

On behalf of an exciting, innovative and forward thinking social care organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a strong deputy care home manager with a passion for quality care to join their organisation.
This is a non-clinical role that focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of managing a nursing home. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursing Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
The Deputy Care Home Manager candidate:
Must have experience in a similar leadership role within supported living or residential care.
Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
Are a passionate advocate for person-centred care and empowerment.
Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Are organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
The Deputy Care Home Manager Package:

The Deputy Care Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Face to Face interview with the directors.
Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with members of the senior management team.
