Depot Manager
One of the United Kingdom's best known automotive brands are recruiting a Depot Manager to manage one of their depots/branches in the southwest. You will lead a team of around 25 people to deliver a service their customers HGV's on the road and at their premises.
In return they offer a salary level of around £40k with additional bonus, car and more.
As the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of service operations in the territory served by the depot, associated stocking locations and van operations, totalling 5 locations.
Ensure the people, infrastructure and processes required to drive continuous improvement in the service to customers, maximise profitability, deliver sound controls and ensure a strong commercial focus to the business are in place.
Provide the highest quality of customer service and administration required to support the strategy as well as regional fleets / local customers.
Target and win additional regional and local truck fleet business to grow the centres profitability, inspiring an entrepreneurial spirit within the team. Skills and Experience required as the Depot Manager:
Tyre / Truck background is essential.
Must have in managing a team of technicians
