Dental Practice Manager / Addlestone, Surrey / Flexible working
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Addlestone, Surrey to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
* Flexible start date with notice periods taken into consideration.
* Independent, fully private practice.
* Full or part time, hybrid working available.
* Surgery space across Monday to Friday.
* Starting salary from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* The role will suit an experienced Practice Manager or a TCO/Head Dental nurse, etc who is looking for career progression.
* The role will involve Practice Management & Reception duties and nursing if GDC is registered; otherwise practice can look at course enrolment.
* The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals. Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.
* Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
* 3 surgery, computerised Dentally practice.
* Free parking available.
All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered. GDC registration is desirable.
