We are currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to oversee works on a project in London working for an established client. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in demolition, excellent site management skills and the ability to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the clients standards.

Requirements:

✅ Extensive experience managing demolition projects
✅ Strong knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing and procedures
✅ Proven experience supervising site teams, subcontractors and plant operations
✅ Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and demolition-specific risks
✅ Experience preparing, reviewing and implementing RAMS
✅ Ability to coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Relevant CSCS card and appropriate supervisory/management qualifications
✅ Reliable, proactive and able to manage site operations independently

Duties:

????Oversee day-to-day demolition site operations
????Manage and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and plant
????Ensure demolition works are carried out safely and in line with the agreed programme
????Implement and monitor RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work
????Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
????Coordinate resources, equipment and materials to maintain progress
????Liaise with project managers, site teams and other contractors
????Monitor work quality, productivity and programme deadlines
????Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety
????Identify and manage site risks
