Main Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with technical and applications advice on the available product range
• Conduct pre-demonstration site visits to qualify machine(s) and customer requirements
• Conduct demonstrations of the equipment on customer sites
• Project management of multi machine installations/ simultaneous operations.
• Carry out post sales installations and equipment familiarisation with customers and staff.
• Stock manage the demo fleet, equipment media and associated attachments.
• Management of long term hire contracts associated with the equipment range
• Liaise with Manufacturer and suppliers with technical issues and equipment CIP (Continuous Improvements
Procedure).
• Provide product support to customers, post installation to reduce operator error related breakdowns and call
outs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide personal tools for low level maintenance tasks and demonstration sustainability
• Support service engineers with demo fleet maintenance and demo prep (where and when possible)
• Exceptional communication with customers and other staff
• Occasional requirement to work additional hours to support demonstrations and installations as required

Work experience requirements

• Strong background in Plant industry essential.
• Technical knowledge of crushing and screening preferable but not essential
• Experience of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
• A good level of instructional and mentoring capacity
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
• Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
• Preferred dealer experience but not essential
• Must be able to travel outside of the UK to attend manufacturers training courses
