We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our client in the beautiful Surrey countryside, just outside of Dorking, offering a combination of tradition and modern dining. This role provides excellent hands-on experience in a busy 4-star environment with a rich history and a focus on locally sourced, creative menus.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and section tasks, ensuring high standards.
Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and assisting junior team members.
Monitoring portion sizes and waste to help maintain profit margins.

Previous experience in a similar role or a strong passion to develop your culinary skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
