We are Looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to work at a Michelin star restaurant in Mayfair. the Chef in question will have to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where they are able to assist the Chef de Parties above them. They will also have to want to improve their skills and learn a lot in order to progress their level and further their career to a Chef de Partie and further.
The pay is a very good rate for this level and can easily go up quickly if you are able to prove that you are capable of more. The hours are very friendly at 4 days on and 3 days off building up 48 hours per week.
