Working Hours: 40 hours per week

This role requires taking on significant responsibility within the client's facility, including:

Operational Management: Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery of the care plans.
Team Leadership: Shared hiring, training, and performance management responsibilities.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain standards, liaise with inspectors, and ensure quality care delivery.
