Description:
MC is working exclusively with a longstanding client to carry out ambitious growth plans for 2024 including the hire of a Delivery Team Lead for it's IT recruitment arm. Our client is very well established and well-financed and has a portfolio of regular clients managed by a small team of acct managers and delivery consultants. In brief;
* hands-on management of a couple of key accounts
* develop and train existing members of staff
* develop training programmes and workshops to deliver high quality training to your team
* generally lead from the front and demonstrate high standards at all times

Ideally, you will have gained your experience in a tech delivery recruitment business and either have taken on this kind of responsibility or be ready for that next step.
