Location: Norwich – NR5
Pay: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 40 per week, 5 days out of 7
Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 13:00–22:00
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temp to perm after 12 successful weeks

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / Administrator to join a growing logistics team in Norwich. The role combines warehouse operations with administration, data input and customer service, with only 1–2 hours per shift spent on parcel sorting.
Key responsibilities:
Inputting data and updating internal systems.
General administration and record keeping.
Handling customer enquiries and delivery queries.
Tracking parcels and reporting issues.
Supporting daily warehouse operations.
Sorting and handling parcels for 1–2 hours per shift.Requirements:
Previous administration experience is essential.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
