Location: Fareham (onsite)
Salary: £26,400 - £30,000pa
Commission: £300/placement. No threshold & no cap

We're growing our Technical Education & Training team and looking for a Talent Partner to take ownership of candidate delivery across some of our most important client relationships.
 
You'll work directly alongside our Head of Technical Education & Training, supporting clients across Engineering, Construction, Rail and Defence.
 
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role - but we want someone who can do far more than search a database and send CVs.
 
You'll own the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle: understanding the brief, mapping the market, engaging the right people, qualifying candidates properly, managing interviews and keeping the process moving through to offer and placement.
 
Ultimately, your job is simple:
Make sure our clients get access to the best talent in their market - and give candidates a brilliant experience along the way.
 
What you'll be doing
You'll become the delivery engine behind a busy, established recruitment desk.
 
You'll:

Partner with our Head of Technical Education & Training on live vacancies and client requirements
Take detailed job briefs and understand exactly what "good" looks like for each hire
Build talent pools across Engineering, Construction, Rail and Energy
Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates
Use LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and your own network to identify talent
Qualify candidates properly - skills, experience, motivations, salary, location and career goals
Present high-quality, well-matched shortlists rather than simply sending CVs
Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and pre-employment stages
Keep candidates engaged and processes moving
Build long-term relationships with great people in your market
Develop a genuine understanding of the sectors and roles you recruit into
Work closely with the wider FIND team to deliver an outstanding service to our clients   
What we're looking for
You don't need years of recruitment experience.
We're ideally looking for someone with around 6-12 months' experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or candidate delivery who is ready for more responsibility.
 
More importantly, you'll be someone who:

Loves speaking to people and building relationships
Is naturally organised and good at managing multiple processes
Takes pride in the quality of their work
Can qualify rather than simply keyword-match
Is comfortable picking up the phone and approaching candidates
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Moves quickly without sacrificing quality
Wants to properly understand a market and become credible within it
Enjoys being part of a high-performing team  
The package

£26400 - £30000pa
£300 commission per placement (no threshold & no cap)
30 days leave + bank holidays
Private Healthcare after probation period (up to 6 months)
Clear progression routes in both Talent Partner roles & Sales roles
