A growing business is looking for recruit a Delegate Sales Team Lead to take responsibility for assisting in the growth of the team. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive a commission structure paying circa £100,000.
As Delegate Sales Team Lead, you will be working under the guidance of a highly experience Commercial Director who has already grown the business, but is looking for support in doing so further. You will be an experienced player-coach; taking responsibility for development and performance of your team as well as some sales yourself.
We’re looking for a Delegate Sales Team Lead with:
Experience successfully running a delegate sales team or keen to take that step into team leadership.
A desire to exceed targets.
The ability to spot opportunities and have an entrepreneurial outlook.
Well trained in sales process, can lead from the front and develop people.
Experience selling in a B2B capacity.
