Decants & Allocations Officer
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Decant and Allocations Officer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the decanting process and allocations to ensure that residents are smoothly and effectively relocated during housing development projects. You will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service delivery and supporting our residents through transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the decanting process, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
* Manage housing allocations in accordance with our policies and procedures.
* Liaise with residents, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout the relocation process.
* Work closely with housing officers, development teams, and external partners.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to decanting and allocations.
* Conduct property inspections and assessments to facilitate smooth transitions.
* Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the relocation process.
