Description:

Due to the ongoing success of our manufacturing client, exciting opportunities have arisen for a dayshift Facilities Engineer with Electrical bias to join their team. This role is based near Falkirk and on dayshift

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge

Completed electrical apprenticeship (NVQ level 3 / 4 or city & guilds).
Inspection and testing of electrical installations. (City & Guilds 2391).
Application of Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and procedures.
Electrical Inspection and testing.
Fault finding: Electrical systems.
Planning works and writing reports; completion of inspection and testing certification.
Restore asset after works.
Working knowledge of wiring regulations.
Electrical principals, safety & control circuits, motors, motor control circuits.
Spare parts management.
Reading and adhering to site SOPs Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge

Timeserved electrical engineer
PAT (City & Guilds 2377).
IOSH Managing Safely (Beneficial)
Background in installations
